DescriptionThe second referee not being quite in concurrence with with first on the question of the publication of Dr E T Jones' paper on magnetic stress in nickel, the Chairman of the Physic Committee has requested Harrison to forward the paper to Poynting with a view to his advising the Committee, at their next meeting on 9th March.

[Annotated that two referee's reports are enclosed which should be returned with the paper [no attachments]].
