TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to the Secretary of the Charity Commission, S.W.
Date8 March 1897
DescriptionHarrison would be obliged if the Secretary could inform him as to the term for which representatives of the Royal Society are appointed to serve upon the Governing Bodies of the several Public Schools administered under the Endowed Schools Act, with especial reference to the following schools; Eton, Harrow, Rugby, Charterhouse, Shrewsbury, Westminster and Winchester. They do not appear to have the schemes for the administration of these schools at the Society and the question of appointing representatives has arisen in more than one case lately.
