TitleCopy letter from Theodore E James, to Joseph Norman Lockyer, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date15 March 1897
DescriptionJames writes in the absence of the Assistant Secretary, refering to the non-delivery of the bill for extra copies of the Eclipse paper, the delay has been on the part of the printers. The Society duly furnished the printers with the number of extra copies wanted and it is a matter of surprise to learn that they have not worked out the cost and sent Lockyer the bill. James enquired of them today and no adequate excuse was forthcoming for such a long delay and they asked them to send the items at once.
