DescriptionHarrison is in receipt of Hopkinson's letter of the previous day, containing a further addition to Hopkinson's paper on dielectrica. The paper has already gone to the printers for a revise, and the addition at this stage will involve a further revise and consequent delay and expense. Harrison has however obtained authority to include it, and is to say that the paper must now be regarded as finally completed for publication.
