DescriptionA postcard has been delivered to the Society from Mrs John West, now in Marseilles, referring to some papers and forms of which Harrison knows nothing.

Wesley of the Astronomical Society, tells him that he thinks Tennant knows something of the matter, and Harrison should be much obliged if Tennant could throw any light upon it for him. Encloses the postcard under reference [not attached].
