TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Michael Foster [Secretary, Royal Society]
Date5 April 1897
DescriptionRucker and Foster were to have discussed the Maya Calendar inscriptions, but have not. Rucker supposes the matter can now wait till Thursday. Thinks the matter seems more suitable for the Antiquaries Society than for the Royal Society. Has been preparing slips for the 'various language system', and thinks that from 50 to 100 will suffice for a preliminary experiment. May send Foster some notes on points that have occurred to him.
