DescriptionHarrison omitted to show Rucker yesterday the enclosed extract from Professor Darwin's report on [Francis Cranmer] Penrose [not attached], which Harrison would like Rucker to see before he sensd it. If Rucker approves, Harrison asks him to return the report to him with the original.

Also encloses a draft of a reply which Dr [Michael] Foster has this morning asked him to send to the accompanying Foreign Office letter [not attached], suggesting that Harrison should submit it to Rucker to verify the facts. Asks Rucker to return this also if he approves the draft.
