TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Henry Woodward, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date14 April 1897
DescriptionHarrison has just received Woodward's letter about the illustrations to Dr [Charles Immanuel] Forsyth Major's paper, and as Woodward suggests, will await the photographs of the three views of each brain which Major will supply.

As Woodward offers, Harrison thinks it is better that he should get the two other photographs prepared. Harrison's only doubt about the matter is that the paper as passed for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' had only five figures, whereas the scheme as now stated provides for eight, so that Harrison shall feel bound to submit the figures to one of the Secretaries before going on with the printing.

Does not quite understand Woodward's query at the foot of his note as to Major seeing the photographs before they are reproduced. If Major supplies the photographs as Woodward proposes, Major can mark the lettering before sending them in to the Society.
