TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Charles Gassiot, Elmwood House, Upper Tooting
Date10 May 1897
DescriptionAdverting to Gassiot's recent visit with reference to the painting by Armitage.

Harrison has a note from Mr Richter saying that he has made arrangements with Holder to come tomorrow to clean the picture, and with Dixon and Son to photograph it on Wednesday. For several reasons it would be inconvenient to have the picture down this week, so Harrison has written to Richter and the people concerned, requesting them to defer until after the 19th. Harrison sends this line as a matter of explanation.
