TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Edwin Ray Lankester, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date28 May 1897
DescriptionDr [Michael] Foster has advised Harrison to consult Lankester with regards to the illustrations for Dr [Charles Immanuel] Forsyth Major's paper on 'Brains of Sub-Fossil Lemuroids', which Lankester passed for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' some time ago. Harrison encloses the drawing and photographs with which it is proposed to illustrate the paper, and Dr Foster would like Lankester's opinion as to whether these should be reproduced.

Harrison thinks they might be reproduced by half-tone process, which would not be very expensive.
