TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Silvanus Phillips Thompson, Fellow of the Royal Society, Morland, Chislett Road, West Hampstead
Date28 May 1897
DescriptionRucker is sending Swan's paper with the approval of the Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry Sectional Committee. It is apparently sent in for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and it strikes Rucker as suitable but there is a difficulty about the large and elaborate illustrations. The Committee wish Thompson to report on the general merits of the paper and to state whether all the diagrams are necessary and whether those which are necessary would bare reduction in size.
