TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Oliver Joseph Lodge, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date1 June 1897
DescriptionRucker sends a line to say that they have a full list of papers for Thursday, and a 'terribly long' list for the 17th, as there is no intermediate meeting on account of Whitsuntide. Asks if Lodge would prefer his paper to be taken next Thursday, in which case it will be published nearly a fortnight earlier. If he prefers to wait to the 17th, there are several papers [to be read] with lantern illustrations which must come early on the list, and there are some biological papers which may require an early place.
