TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs Robarts, Lubbock & Company, 15 Lombard Street, E.C.
Date14 July 1897
DescriptionOn examining the pass book Harrison finds the sum of £223 paid into Lloyd's Bank on 19th June is not credited to the Society in the Messrs account. Has enquired at the bank and found the amount duly deposited. Returns the pass book herewith and asks for it to be made up to date. Asks the Messrs to inspect the Lloyd's Pass Book at least once a week and have the Society's account credited by it.

Queries an entry in the pass book for the third July of £1500 credited per Lloyd's Bank. No such sum was paid from the Society to Lloyd's, and so far as he is aware no sums which are paid direct to the Society's Bankers go through Lloyd's Bank.
