DescriptionThe Committee to which Burke's paper 'The Change of Absorption produced by Fluorescence' was referred, have recommended that it should be published in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' provided Burke will consent to considerably abbreviate the paper and submit it again in a modified form. Lists seven other points which Burke should consider in modifying his paper.
