DescriptionOn examining the cash accounts Harrison finds an entry for 1 July in the Society's pass-book with the Messrs for an amount of £40 which he cannot find to have been subsequently credited. Discusses two other entries that require correction as between the Publication Fund and General Account. Discusses a debit of the General Account on 31 July for 'Index Animalium' at £100 drawn on the Publication Fund Account which should be debited to that account and not to the General Account. Forwards the two pass-books and the drafts in question.
