DescriptionFoster does not quite know what Bonney is going to do at the Coral Reef Committee but Bonney had better take note of this and get the letters if they have arrived from Harrison, so as to advise Council which meets on the 1 [June].

Foster is writing to 'David' to tell him the Council have granted him the unexpended balance and that the Society gives him leave to publish the account of his expedition when he pleases.
