TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Francis Galton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date23 December 1897
DescriptionHarrison has received from Palgrave a request for the re-suspension of the certificate of candidature of Professor F Y Edgeworth. As Palgrave is one of the signatories of the certificate Harrison is bound by statute to act but finds a letter from Galton dated last June, expressing Galton's wish in concurrence with that of Professor Edgeworth, that this certificate should be withdrawn. Asks what, if any, steps he should take before re-suspending the certificate.
