DescriptionReferring to the letter sent by Harrison, has been informed by Mr Ridge, Clerk of the Works for this district, that the Commissioners contemplate extensive alterations of the drainage system and of the internal sanitary fittings of this building. The Council trust that Taylor will be able to arrange that no works in the interior of the building should interfere with receptions in May and June.
