TitleCopy of Minute [from Robert William Frederick Harrison], [to R T Glazebrook]
Date[2 April 1898]
Description'"Resolved - That Messrs. Veley & Manley's paper be recommended for publication in the "Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]" on the condition that the Authors carry out, with the modification suggested below, the alterations promised in their letter of January 20th, including the omission of the section based on the equation [see original text]. The Committee were also of opinion that the curves should be published, but that the reference to the "breaks" in the curve should be omitted from the text"

The words of this resolution was communicated exactly, as far as I remember, by Prof Rucker - to Mr Veley - but, by some means, there is your copy of Prof Rucker's letter here'.
