TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Hills
Date5 May 1898
DescriptionThe President and Council limited their recommendations to the present because they wish to leave themselves entirely free to consider various questions relating to the J.P.E.C.. Hills will receive another official letter before his meeting tomorrow. Regarding publications, the principle which will always govern the action of the President and Council is that the Report of Eclipse Expedition should be as readily accessible to Fellows both of the Royal Society and the Astronomical Society.
