DescriptionCommunicates certain decisions made by the Catalogue Committee. Firstly, it is essential to send as large an installment of the Supplementary Volume as possible to printers before the end of next month. Explains the procedure regarding the revision of proofs.

With regard to Miss Bremner, the Committee agreed that her services might be retained on the Supplementary Volumes but after the holidays, she is to resume her indexing work.

Regarding the method of carrying out the index rerum, the Committee have appointed a small Sub-Committee who will take in hand the immediate direction of the work.

Ask that Chambers gives her undivided attention to the work on the supplementary volumes, and she is relieved of any responsibility regarding the index rerum.
