TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to the Secretary, Charity Commission, Whitehall, S.W.
Date25 July 1898
DescriptionFoster's letter of the 14th July has been considered by the President and Officers, together with the copy of the letter addressed by the Charity Commissioners to the Apothecaries Society, and Foster requests that a copy of the draft scheme referred to in the last named letter may be forwarded to the Royal Society for consideration. Asks if the Society may also have a copy of the report of the Departmental Committee upon their enquiry into the circumstances of the Physic Garden, as mentioned in the letter under reference.

Presumes it will not prejudice the position of the Royal Society if the observations which the Society are invited to make upon the matter are deferred until October or November when the Society will be reassembling after the recess.
