DescriptionReferring to Wylde's letter of 3 August to Mr Harrison in regards to Sir John Gorst's Presidency at the International Conference on a scheme for indexing Scientific Literature. James is directed to say, in the absence of Harrison, that Professor [Michael] Foster, has communicated with Sir John and the matter is now with the Education Department, and Foster thinks they will probably communicate with the Foreign Office very shortly.
