DescriptionWrites with reference to Spring-Rice's note of the 7th, and the Treasury letter of 5th April concerning a copy of a note from the Foreign Office to the effect that Monsieur de Staal states that the 'Russian Ministry of Marine' are desirous of establishing an exchange of publications with the Royal Societies of London and Edinburgh. The Society hopes to hold a meeting of its Library Committee early in the forthcoming session when the application will be duly considered.
