TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs J & C F Clay, University Press, Cambridge
Date14 October 1898
DescriptionWith reference to the Messrs letter of the 3 October relating to the nature of the corrections made by Miss Chambers on the first sheet of the supplementary volume of the catalogue [of scientific papers], the Society quite agree that much of the Messrs protest is reasonable.

Harrison has given instructions to Miss Chamber to prevent so much correction of future sheets. With reference to the sheet now returned [not enclosed], such corrections as those which the Messrs have specifically called attention to may be ignored. The exact printing of the Polish and Hungarian crossed and accented letters seems a rather more important matter, and Harrison trusts the Messrs will give it their best attention.
