Title | Copy letter from Michael Foster, to Dr Edington |
Date | 27 October 1898 |
Description | The Committee to whom Edington's paper was referred decide not to recommend it in its present form. The introductory matter, pages one to four, was thought unnecessary. The record of the experiments was not considered adequate. By this time Edington probably has obtained more evidence and can put the matter in 'a more convincing manner'. If this is done, Foster imagines the Committee will have no difficulty in advising publication. |
