TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Henry Preece, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date28 November 1898
DescriptionProfessor [Arthur William] Rucker has suggested Harrison apply to Preece to enlist his assistance with gaining a registered telegraphic address. The words placed at the Society's disposal seem to Harrison and Rucker unsuitable and they wonder if they might obtain a relaxation of the ordinary rules governing this. Suggests possible words that might be adequate and hopes Preece might be able to exercise some influence in the matter.
