TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr W E Sumpner, Municipal Technical School, Suffolk Street, Birmingham
Date5 December 1898
DescriptionIn reply to Sumpner's note of the 1 [December], no reduction in the price of the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' or 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' is made to institutions. The Society's printers, Messrs Harrison & Sons, would be pleased to arrange to forward the publications as soon as issued. The only other way to obtain the Society's publications is by exchange but Harrison cannot hold out much hope of Sumpner obtaining the publications in this way. Wonders if Sumpner might be able to get a Fellow to send his copies.
