DescriptionThe subject of Sharp's letter was brought before the Council at their last meeting and it has been agreed that: 'no objection exists to the use of duplicate certificate forms where the signature appended to one of the two are wholly of those of Fellows resident abroad, the duplicate forms in such cased being regarded as constituting one certificate'. Sends a blank certificate [not enclosed].
