DescriptionSends a copy of the proof of [Sir Norman] Lockyer's paper. Can supply copies to the [Royal Astonomical Society] if necessary. Believes the Council will do all it can to meet Turner's views. Discusses the issue of the length and possible extension to the paper including the reports of others as well as any papers which refers to the eclipse. Mentions the eclipse of 1896 and 1898. Asks to be told if Turner would like the matter to be brought before Council.
