DescriptionIn connection with the arrangement of the accounts, which has been the subject of recent correspondence, the Treasurer has decided to in future have the dividend warrants for the various investments of the [Royal] Society transmitted direct to this office and paid in to the Company from the Society with other moneys received, instead of being collected direct by the Company. Provides further instructions including the revoking of Power of Attorney.
