Date17 February 1899
DescriptionAs [the Royal Society] has not yet received Mallock's paper for publication, the Sectional Committee on Physics & Chemistry wish to inform Mallock that if it is sent in before the next meeting of the Committee they will feel obliged to report it to the Council. There is the question of whether the Society should decline to publish a paper which has been detained by the author for so long a time.
