DescriptionProfessor Michael Foster has asked Harrison to communicate the following facts connected with the Malaria investigation undertaken by the Royal Society at the request of the Colonial Office and to ask Gaskell to initiate an application to the Government Grant Committee for the amount mentioned in the subjoined resolution.

Mr Chamberlain informs Harrison that the Royal Society is prepared to make an initial grant of £300 for the purpose of the enquiry. This should be taken from the £4000 annual Government Grant.
