TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Professor G Carey Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date1 March 1899
DescriptionMallock has refused to modify his paper on the grounds that, at present, he does not have the time. The matter will come before the next meeting of the Sectional Committee. Meanwhile Mallock has sent another paper and Rucker would like to have Foster's opinion before dealing with it. Rucker does not think that it is a very strong paper and is perhaps more suited to the 'Phy. Soc.' [Physical Society] than the Royal Society. But if Foster thinks it should be accepted than Rucker will not object.
