DescriptionRelates to a paper by Mr Mallock and the possibility of withholding it from publication.

Also encloses a draft letter [not enclosed] which Professor [Arthur William] Rucker proposes sending to Professor Pearson on the subject of the paper by himself and Miss Lee.

Encloses [not enclosed] Ayrton's long-deferred report on Professor E Wilson's paper. Rucker suggests that it is sent to Professor Perry and then the matter brought before the Physics and Chemistry Committee.

Sends both referees' reports on Mr H A Wilson's paper on the Electrical Conductivity of flames. Rucker has seen them and agrees with the publication of the paper under Standing Order 43.
