TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster and Arthur William Rucker, to the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs
Date13 April 1899
DescriptionA Provisional International Committee was appointed at the International Conference on a Catalogue of Scientific Literature held in London last October to consider various questions and report upon a future conference. At the time, there was no representative for Italy but now believes that Senator P Blaserna, Professor in the University of Rome, would be agreeable. Asks that the Marquess of Salisbury investigates whether this is the case.
