TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Marshall Ward
Date9 January 1899
DescriptionReferring to Ward's letter received before Christmas about the consignment of Society papers, Harrison is sorry that they arrived in such a damaged condition but he sent on the box exactly as he received it. Fears it may have been damaged before it reached England. Had received it from the Foreign Office, to which it had been despatched by Sir W [Het] Hutchinson.

[Postscript] Mr Parker's paper is now going through the [press?] and Harrison is just sending proofs to the author. Would like Ward's opinion on the plates.
