DescriptionIn reply to note, a paper from Mr Case with an identical title was presented to Mr Preece last year and on Thorpe's report, the Sectional Committee advised that it was not accepted. The communicator withdrew the paper. Harrison can not say whether the paper now presented contains new work or a new statement of the case and they do not have a copy of the original paper.
