DescriptionThe Secretaries think it desirable a meeting of the International Catalogue Committee, of which Armstrong is Vice-Chairman, be called to consider the position of affairs in view of the approaching meeting of the International Provisional Committee. Asks Armstrong to suggest a day for meeting and asks if he would be able to prepare a report on the position of the whole matter. Asks if the whole Committee should be called or only selected members.
