DescriptionWilson's paper 'On the Comparative Efficiency as Condensation Nuclei of positively and negatively charged ion' [is recommended for publication]. The correspondent has been requested to call Wilson's attention to the enclosed abstracted remarks and to say that if after reading these Wilson sees fit to modify the paper the manuscript shall be returned.

Attached referees remarks note that the conditions of the experiment are never found in the atmosphere. Explains that supersaturation to any extent has never been observed in the atmosphere.
