DescriptionAll the members of the Malaria Committee having now expressed their concurrence in the dispatch of a telegram to Drs [John William Watson] Stephens and [Samuel Rickard] Christophers, in the sense of Sir Michael Foster's memorandum of the 29th, Harrison is to ask if Lucas will arrange for the despatch of the subjoined message by wire to Dr Stephens at Blantyre.

Wire message states 'Committee sanctions return yourself Christophers. Letter follows'.
