DescriptionWill lay Carruther's note about the last Soiree before the Secretaries, who he is sure will regard it as a perfectly satisfactory explanation. The Secretaries felt bound to take note of it as there is and always has been a strong feeling in the Council that the regulation as to the invitation cards being non-transferable should be strictly enforced.
