In his letter to Boyle, the Secretary encloses letters [on the subject of electrical safeguards for Government Observatories et cetera, not enclosed]. Similar letters have been sent to the Astronomer Royal and the Department of Science and Art. Copies have been sent to the Kew Observatory Committee and the National Physical Laboratory. |
