DescriptionRegarding the paper by Sir John [Bennet] Lawes and Sir [Joseph] Henry Gilbert, Gilbert has replied that he will meet all the views cf the referees and that he does not think there is anything to stop going forwards with the setting up of the full paper. James has therefore handed the paper over to White today, with Gilbert's letter.
