Encloses a copy of the letter [not attached] as it is desired to present it as soon as possible. Asks to know as soon as possible if Lodge would like this name appended.

If Lodge has not yet heard an account of the results of the meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory from Professor [Arthur William] Rucker, Harrison can send a note of the minutes of the meeting.
