TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date13 December 1899
DescriptionProfessor [Walter Frank Raphael] Weldon, to whom the Committee of Paper referred Yule's paper as second referee, has now sent in his report, which Harrison encloses herewith, together with the report of the first referee [not enclosed]. Asks if Forsyth thinks the paper should go to Professor Henrici as suggested by Weldon, or whether publication might be proceeded with under Standing Order 43.

Professor Dixon has now returned his paper, which was sent to him for emendation, together wish fresh matter for insertion in the papers and 'Notes on the Report'. Harrison is sending Forsyth these, the manuscript, and copies of the reports which were sent to the author, and shall be glad for instructions as to how to proceed.
