TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Joseph Henry Gilbert, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date10 January 1900
DescriptionReceived today the corrected proof of Gilbert's paper and laid Gilbert's letter before Sir Michael Foster, who desires Harrison to say that if Gilbert especially wishes it, the Society will obtain a further revise of the paper but in the ordinary course of the Society's practice, they would not carry this out. If Gilbert lets the matter stand in that position and will send him a line, he will proceed with the printing of the paper.
