DescriptionRix states that due to a misunderstanding the Meisenbach Company have done nothing. Rix's card of the 19 January informed them not to begin until hearing from Waller, but they did not understand upon receipt of the negative that they should proceed with the work. Rix has corrected the mistake, and Waller should receive a proof shortly.
