DescriptionStates that an official request for a supplementary report was deemed unnecessary as it was understood that Murray had agreed to provide one in the Committee meeting.

Foster is instructed to ask that Murray meet the committee and discuss how expenditure of the [Challenger] report might be kept to the original estimate. Foster asks Murray to let him know when he can come to London so that a meeting of the committee can be arranged.
