DescriptionProfessor George Downing Liveing has informed Rix that The Woodbury Type Company have the negative of a photograph illustrating a paper by Liveing and Professor James Dewar which was recently read at the Royal Society. Rix asks that the Society receive an estimate for 1000 copies for 'Philosophical Transactions' by the next Wednesday, including extras and the cost of paper. A specimen to match is sent in the event of their estimate being accepted.
